HetNet Forum and members in Urban Land Institute Magazine
The HetNet Forum, along with members Boingo Wireless and Connectivity Wireless, was interviewed for an article in Urban Land Magazine, a publication of Urban Land Institute , an independent global nonprofit supported by members representing the entire spectrum of real estate development and land use disciplines. The magazine article explains how people's love affair with smartphones and other wireless devices are pushing demand for more Distributed Antenna Systems and small cells in buildings. The article also addresses the diversity of building owners and managers who are now interested in broadband coverage and capacity. Author Jeffrey Spivak interviewed representatives from universities, hospitality, Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs), multi-tenant housing and commercial office space.
